ADDENDUM NO. 1
EXTENSION OF TENDER SUBMISSION AND OPENING DATE
Reference is made to the tenders listed below, which had been scheduled for submission and opening on 2nd June, 2026. Following requests received from prospective tenderers and to allow sufficient time for preparation of responsive tenders, Tourism Fund hereby extends the tender submission and opening date as follows:

The above tenders shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and deposited in the tender box at the Reception Area, 6th Floor, Tourism Fund Building, Valley Road, Nairobi, on or before 5th June, 2026 at 12.00 noon East African Time.
The tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter at the same venue in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
This Addendum forms an integral part of the respective tender documents. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
