Regulated tourism activity and service under schedule nine of the Tourism Act Cap.383 Laws of Kenya that meet the following qualification criterion shall be registered as per provisions of Law :

·        Any Class “A” enterprise at which the minimum total charge for accommodation including the provision of breakfast or any other meal or service is Kshs. 250/- per person; and

·        Any Class “B” enterprise at which the minimum gross receipts derived from all sales amount to Kshs. 250,000/- per month.
